MCAM-C - METAL CLIP SEAMER

The MCAM-C is a Manual Cartridge Assembly Machine used for applying a metal clip to the end pleats of the filter media. The machine operation requires the operator to roughly align and start the end pleats into the infeed area of the machine; the media is pulled in and the final seam alignment is made automatically prior to the clip being applied. The standard machines come in two size ranges covering pleat heights from 0.38" to 1.50" (10 mm to 38 mm) and slit widths from 1.25" to 12" (30 mm to 300 mm). Production speeds are operator paced and machine actuations are sized to operate in excess of 30 per minute. Custom requirements are available upon request.
